Highly recommend it. Owner is very friendly. My little one came home with pasta, meatballs and salad dinner for everyone. The homemade Caesar salad dressing was amazing. 💯🙌

My daughter and friends had a great time preparing a meal for her 13th birthday at Whats Cooking! Ms Kim gave great instructions and a simple system for measuring the seasonings. Our empanadas and enchiladas were amazing. Yes, mom and dad joined the party too. 😊 The space provided is fun and I didn’t miss the details of using my girls favorite colors even in the cookware. It was my easiest party ever. All I had to bring were our cake pops. Everything else we needed including drinks were provided. My daughter said it was a lot of fun and she would do it again.

Oh my goodness it was SOO GOOD!! Thank you so much! The experience gave my 5-year-old son so much confidence. Actually, on the way there he said “Am I going to have to cut an onion???” And he was so nervous about that. When I got there to pick him up afterward, he said excitedly, “I cut an onion!!” And I couldn’t believe he did it! I’m so impressed with the skills they learn in your class and how much confidence they gain. Thank you for a great experience and a delicious meal!

We celebrated our daughter's 10th birthday at What's Cooking Lakeland last weekend. There were 12 kids - ages 6 to 12 - and they paired up to compete in a Chopped Championship. The kids absolutely loved it, and the adults had so much fun watching. The owner Kim was very easy to work with and basically handled everything - managed the event, provided drinks and all of the paper products we needed for the cake. She also met with our daughter before the event to talk about what she wanted. My favorite part of this experience was the trust that Kim placed in these girls while they were cooking, she (rightly) believes that even the youngest child has the ability to work in a kitchen. The girls were truly empowered by the freedom they had to explore their creativity, and show off their skills. The girls were amazing and loved eating their finished dishes. We highly recommend Kim and What's Cooking!

We had our daughters birthday party here and absolutely loved it. This was hands down her favorite birthday. Kim is wonderful to work with and so much fun with the kids. We will definitely be doing this again.
